Connecting the dots others miss.

At heart I'm a generalist, a systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and product. My best work happens in loosely defined roles where I can fill gaps, build bridges, and help everyone stay aligned toward the same goal.

Systems Thinking

Pattern recognition across teams, tools, and workflows. Seeing the full picture without losing the details.

Cross-functional Communication

Bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders with language that lands, so nothing gets lost in translation.

Gap-Filling

Drawn to the undefined spaces, stepping in where scope ends and initiative begins.

Design and Digital Strategy

End-to-end web design, Shopify builds, and AI-assisted workflows. Practical execution, not theory.

01 / EXPERIENCERoles that shaped how I work

After my time at TuneGO, I found a clear through-line in my work: helping people figure out what they're actually trying to build, and then building it. Today I work directly with small businesses on web design, Shopify storefronts, and integrating AI tools into their workflows in ways that actually make sense for their team.

What started as QA testing during a COVID furlough became the role where I found my professional identity. Within six months I had transitioned into de facto project management, bridging a Las Vegas leadership team and a Poland-based engineering team across time zones, communication styles, and organizational contexts. When the product lead became overwhelmed, I stepped in and grew into a product advisory role. That is where I confirmed product management is the first role category where my full range applies.

Disney is where I discovered how I work best. Across four distinct roles, I learned which environments bring out my best and which ones do not fit. The Front Desk Runner role at Wilderness Lodge remains my clearest reference point for ideal work: a loosely defined scope, high autonomy, genuine problem-solving latitude, and a network I built entirely through proactive relationship-building. The Labor and Time role confirmed what I suspected about systems and process. Most of it could be automated, and I wanted to be the person who did that.
